Amendments to anti-corruption legislation

Law No. 232-Z of 30.12.2023 amended Law No. 305-Z of 15.07.2015 "On Combating Corruption". On 28.02.2023, a meeting of the anti-corruption commission was held, at which new forms of obligations provided for by anti-corruption legislation were approved for persons holding positions involving organisational, administrative or managerial duties.
